Ranch Hand Finishing Technician - 2nd Shift

This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Travel assistance will be available to Team Members if needed! Powder Coat functions as an assembly-line environment where product is steel shot blasted, powder coated, oven-baked, and packaged. No experience necessary. Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 3:30am Pay: $19.00/hr plus $1.00 per hour shift differential!Movement of sandblasted bumper/grill guard into the paint booth.Remove all debris from bumper/grill guard using an air hose.Coating of bumper/grill guard following approved procedures and company's quality standards.Upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality.Must also be able to pass a respirator test.Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Lift truck operator experience preferred (training available).
