Responsibilities Select correct tooling for the job task and correctly set up the tools required Ensure die alignment; make necessary adjustments Load billets onto conveyor Manually flip forging from die impression Engage and monitor robots for operation and setup This is onsite at Veedersburg, IN Final Control Visually inspect the part for defects such as seams, material handling marks, laps, and under fill Conduct Brinell Hardness test periodically according to procedures Grind out imperfections Upkeep and maintenance of shot blast and final control booth Benefits Company Tuition Reimbursement Package.
