Our agency has proudly served the Fairfield, CT community for over 18 years, backed by a family legacy of State Farm agents dating back to the 1960s. As a second-generation agent and longtime Fairfield resident, I take pride in building strong relationships and supporting the community we call home.

I earned my B.S. from Baruch College and pursued graduate studies at Marlboro College. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized with honors such as Legion of Honor and Ambassador Travel, and I’m an active member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Colleen Tighe - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
