The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team. Key Responsibilities Provides clerical and project support to the Senior Leadership team including receptionist duties for Administration. Assists senior leadership in maintaining calendars and email. Attends meetings to take and transcribe minutes. Produces and maintains department specific reports. Reconciles invoices and prepares check requests. Reviews, submits, and tracks on-call compensation invoices; updates and maintain on-call contract files. Manages communication and acts as liaison between Chief Officers and Providers. Serves as backup to coordinate Emergency Room on-call schedule. Assigned contracting tasks, as appointed and as needed. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent or college level degree. Experience: Two years' experience as an administrative assistant or two years' experience in the healthcare industry supporting office/clerical duties. Certification: N/A Licensure: N/A Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, including ability to utilize personal computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others. Preferences Experience: Administrative assistant experience at the executive level. Special Position Requirements Exposure Categories: Category III: Expected duties do not have potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. Work Requirements Ability to sit for up to five hours each day. Minor lifting. Requires ability to have a flexible schedule as needed to attend early/late meetings and/or to accommodate regulatory body visits/audits.
