What You'll Be Doing

? Fit, fabricate, and weld structural steel and pipe components

? Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

? Perform MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG welding on production and custom assemblies

? Ensure welds meet quality and ASME standards

? Assemble components with tight tolerances and accurate measurements

? Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines

? Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What It Takes to Succeed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fitting/welding experience in manufacturing or equivalent formal training

• Strong blueprint reading and layout experience

• Hands-on experience with:

• MIG Welding

• TIG Welding

• Flux-Core Welding

• Pipe Welding

• Fitting & Fabrication

• Structural Steel Assembly

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and quality

Weld Test Requirements

To qualify, candidates must successfully complete:

? 3G MIG/Flux-Core Plate Weld Test

? 6G TIG Pipe Weld Test

Testing conducted to ASME standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
