Field Technician

Field Technician Dallas | Entry‑level | Full‑time Wiliot develops an IoT sticker that harvests radio‑frequency energy to power connected products and bring intelligence to everyday items. The technology is used by major brands in consumer, retail, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. We are looking for Field Technicians to join our Dallas team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world‑class customers, stay technical, and enable scale – so think big. In this position, you will be supporting the successful implementation of Wiliot products and serve as the connecting link between the products and our customers. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Technicians interact with customers at every step of the journey – from understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale, and molding the generated data to create customer value. Qualifications Familiarity with BLE, RF, or other wireless technologies preferred. Great communication skills to work with customers. Amazing problem‑solving skills. Ability to work well with a team.
