Duties & Responsibilities Ordering of Parts & Supplies – weekly, monthly, or quarterly ordering of all parts and supplies for the maintenance, grounds, carpenter & paint departments based on predetermined parts. Create orders through ISM, complete purchase orders, submit to AGM & GM for approval, and update the monthly electronic checkbook to ensure spending stays within the budget. Inventory Control – maintain the Maintenance Department’s inventory through the ISM system, conduct monthly counts, and perform mid‑month spot checks of high‑cost inventory to ensure proper scanning/sign‑out. Assist with Maintenance Department inventory through the ISM system. HSA – maintain and update engineering and guest services SDS/MSDS binders, ensuring compliance with OSHA, Wyndham Destinations ROPP’s & MOPP’s. Common Area Equipment Preventative Maintenance – document all preventative maintenance on HVAC, boilers, pumps, and building mechanical systems; inspect completed work and track service orders as required by Wyndham ROPP’s & DOPP’s. WynSOS – assist with the WynSOS maintenance program for units, common areas, and grounds; build service orders for Maintenance Staff and run reports to track guest satisfaction and productivity. Other duties as assigned – represent the Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager at Owner Experience Meetings, order uniforms, handle requests and queries, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate transfer of information between departments. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. 1 year experience in Hospitality Maintenance or related industry. Working understanding and ability to read blueprints. Organizational & Communication Skills. Advanced knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Knowledge of ADA requirements. Preferred Qualifications General knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, natural gas and general maintenance. Physical Skills Heavy physical effort: lift/carry 50 lbs. or more. Competent skills regarding small hand tools and electrical tools. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling. Manual dexterity and mobility required. Specific vision abilities including close, distant, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. Personal Skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Kind and courteous communication with people. Good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members.
