Part-Time Physical Therapy Aide

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while working during summer months or academic breaks. Scheduling can be somewhat flexible to align with your school calendar.

Here's how you will make an impact:

• Support a patient-centered team by assisting and taking direction from our Physical Therapists and or Physical Therapist Assistants to provide great patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, team members and customers.
• Implement knowledge of human physiology and physical therapy interventions.
• Conduct safe application of modalities and therapeutic procedures as allowed by state laws.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

What you will need to bring to the table:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, with at least one year completed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work during summer months and/or scheduled academic breaks
• Strong interest in orthopedic physical therapy, exercise science, and patient care
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
