Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant Server

We are seeking a professional and attentive Server to deliver outstanding service in a sophisticated and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, silverware, and service stations
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and exceptional guest service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and spirits
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
