• Identify and assess potential suppliers to expand and strengthen our vendor base.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms that balance cost, quality, and reliability.
• Forecast demand and track inventory to ensure products arrive right when needed.
• Partner with internal teams to capture requirements and specifications accurately.
• Keep meticulous records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Analyze market movements and pricing trends to guide purchasing strategy.
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues and improve vendor performance.
• Develop and nurture supplier relationships for long-term success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing capacity.
• Negotiation strength paired with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive both independently and on a team in a fast-moving environment.
