Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Mon-Thu Schedule & Sign-On

CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico in Alamogordo is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This full-time, permanent role aims to expand access to pediatric care with a schedule of Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, serving 12-18 patients per day alongside 3 full-time pediatricians and a dedicated support staff.

The compensation package includes base plus productivity, sign-on bonus, tail malpractice coverage, CME allowance, employer-matched retirement,
