Full Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Spanish Speaking Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Benefits: Top competitive wages Paid Time Off Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing their BCBA certification Hourly Wages: $25 - $32/hour Qualifications & Skills: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Fluency in Spanish (required) Reliable transportation Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities Desire to learn and work independently at times Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community. Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills). Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs. Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
