Join us as a **Senior** **Project Manager** in **Liberty, SC or Greenville, SC** as we work together to bring innovative automation solutions to life.**Location Type:** **This is a full-time, salary position based onsite in Greenville, SC or Liberty, SC.****Role Overview:**We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented **Project Manager** to lead complex, strategic projects within JR Automation. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives while upholding Hitachi's high standards of quality and innovation.**How You’ll Make an Impact:*** Lead and manage all phases of complex projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.* Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.* Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as necessary.* Communicate project status, progress, and challenges regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership, clients, and team members.* Ensure adherence to JR"s project management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.* Negotiate with vendors and manage external relationships as required for project success.* Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices**Note:** This list of responsibilities is inclusive; however, it is intended to be a guideline for activities.**What You’ll Bring:*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.* 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead project management role.* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget.* Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).* PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.* Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.* Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.* Strong financial acumen preferred.**Disclaimer:** JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.**Company Overview:**At **JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company,** we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
