Technical Recruiter I (Hawthorne, CA)

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting team in Hawthorne, CA. This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on - someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top‑tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever‑changing, high‑volume recruiting environment. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, hiring strategy, and candidate feedback Proactively source passive candidates through creative and non‑traditional methods Screen inbound applicants and assess alignment with technical and business requirements Present and recommend top candidates to hiring teams for consideration Coordinate and support onsite interviews, including candidate experience and logistics as needed Attend interviews to help evaluate candidates and provide additional insight to hiring managers Manage offer process including compensation discussions, offer extension, and background checks Maintain and track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress Build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders Must be comfortable working onsite 100% in Hawthorne, CA Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on hiring needs Fast‑paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly Opportunity for long‑term growth based on performance and business need We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
