Areas required to cover: KDU - Dialysis Center 3 locations
OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Departmental Manager and Director
Shifts & Scheduling: 8a-5p - Depending on travel or tele visit options for sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake
Self-scheduling or Block scheduling: No
Weekend Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: None
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual professional for meetings
Unit/Department specific orientation: 1 week with a preceptor available throughout the assignment
Additional Notes: Position will require travel or tele visits for 2 additional sister locations - Williston and Turtle Lake
Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
