Responsibilities
Warmly greet every visitor who walks through our doors, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Manage our main phone line with a friendly demeanor, routing calls to the right team members.
Assist our clients with basic questions regarding their policies and help them navigate their paperwork.
Keep our front office space tidy, organized, and inviting for everyone who visits.
Support the agency staff with administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and managing correspondence.
Help coordinate appointments and keep our daily calendar running smoothly so no one is left waiting.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a customer-facing or administrative role.
Proficiency with basic office technology and software.
Clear and welcoming phone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
