Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and reliable Office Coordinator / Field Support Specialist to support our Erie, PA office. This is a true “jack-of-all-trades” role that combines administrative support, field-based responsibilities, and operational coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Clerical Support

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Assist with documentation, and general office coordination

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry

Intake & Field Support

• Conduct intake visits with patients as needed

• Support onboarding and coordination of new patient cases

• Travel within the service area to assist with operational needs

Payroll

• Assist with payroll processing and time tracking

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle ( required )

• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory ($.50 mileage reimbursement)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in healthcare or home health administrative support is required

• Medical Office OR Home Health: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)

• Auto Insurance Policy (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Erie, PA 16546: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
