Accounts Receivable Clerk-Part Time-Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (22.5 hrs/week, 30 min lunch break) Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote Pay Rate: $19 –$21/hr, commensurate with experience Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly, Bi-Weekly Pay Location: Lebanon, PA We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk with accounts receivable and collection experience to join our office team. You will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating accurate, timely aging reports. You will interact regularly with customers and internal management, so strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential. Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: Ensure accurate records of accounts receivable transactions are maintained for auditing and reporting Log incoming payments meticulously into the accounting records Engage with the finance team to improve accounts receivable systems and elevate process efficiency Oversee the reconciliation of customer accounts and swiftly handle any discrepancies Manage client communications to ensure overdue accounts are settled promptly Prepare and complete bank deposits Prepare and maintain customer payment reports and weekly aging reports Review customer credit lines and payment history Conduct account research and analysis for current and new customers applying for credit Qualifications: Academic background in accounting, finance, or a comparable field Skilled in using Excel and various accounting software Strong organizational abilities and precise attention to detail Minimum of one year handling accounts receivable Proficiency in Great Plains / GP Dynamics accounting software or a similar ERP platform High School Diploma or GED required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude Trustworthy, ethical, and professional at all times About Company Weaver Nut Company, Inc. is a growing family-run food manufacturing and distribution company serving customers with quality, integrity, and enthusiasm since 1975.
