NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

Lead one of Chicago’s most exciting restaurant teams.

Opened in August 2025, Trino has quickly established itself as one of the city’s premier dining destinations, earning Eater’s Best New Restaurant of 2025 for its innovative Latin-inspired steakhouse experience.

We’re seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager who is passionate about leadership, guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, help shape the future of an award-winning restaurant, and grow with an expanding hospitality group.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of management experience in upscale or chef-driven restaurants
Proven leadership in high-volume operations
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and service standards
Experience managing labor, budgets, scheduling, and financial performance
Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives on the floor
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences
