What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Risk Management: Meet with individuals and families to analyze their current post-retirement setup and educate them on Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and ancillary life insurance products.
- Asset Preservation: Act as a strategic partner to ensure clients' hard-earned retirement savings are protected from rising, unpredictable healthcare costs.
- Relationship Management: Manage and retain your portfolio of clients, providing exceptional ongoing service to build multi-generational trust and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Utilize Cornerstone’s proven marketing frameworks and virtual presentation tools to expand your reach across local and national territories.
Qualifications:
- Background Preference: Experience in retail banking, mortgage lending, personal finance, relationship management, or consumer sales is highly valued.
- Client-First Mindset: Strong active listening, communication, and consultative relationship-building skills.
- Coachable Professionalism: A strong work ethic and the desire to learn a highly regulated, highly specialized niche of the financial sector.
- Licensing: An active Life & Health Insurance license is preferred, but not required to apply. We will guide qualified candidates through the corporate sponsorship and licensing process.
