Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Texas Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation.
Experience with 60-minute initial evaluations and 60-minute treatment sessions preferred.
Documentation skills including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicator assessment, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Ability to provide patient and family education and to supervise or mentor students when assigned.
Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and clinic safety protocols.

Shift Pattern: 5x8.
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
Patient Visit Structure: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
