Strategic Financial Analyst - Section 8 Advisory

Responsibilities Perform complex technical review and analysis of financial data reported on various documents such as budgets, requisitions, year‑end settlement and financial statements, and voucher assistance payments. Recommend creative solutions to complex financial problems and take an active role in implementing needed changes to resolve the identified issue. Initiate and participate in complex and team assignments as needed to deal with cross‑cutting financial management issues. Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for financial matters relating to the Section 8 programs. Provide technical assistance and advice to the Field Offices, Headquarters, REAC, etc., as necessary on issues relating to the financial management of the Section 8 programs.
