Team Leader MRI

Team Leader MRI at Methodist Health System provides hands-on leadership for MRI services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees daily imaging operations, staff scheduling, and workflow to deliver safe, accurate, and timely MRI exams. The Team Leader collaborates closely with radiologists, nurses, and the Emergency Department, promoting integrity, compassion, and accountability in every patient interaction. Responsibilities include mentoring technologists, ensuring MRI safety compliance, supporting process improvements, and maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
