Deerfield Beach FL 33064 Work Details Full-time FTE: 1.0 – 40hrs. per week Schedule: Days Job Summary Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provide safe high-quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes. Job Qualifications Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 5-year program. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required Licensure Required for consideration: Florida Pharmacy Comprehensive Benefits Enroll in Medical Dental Vision and other voluntary plans within 30 days of hire.
