Veterinary Technician | Emergency | 2nd shift | 4 Shifts Per Week | Full-Time Benefits | Wichita, KS



 

Schedule:

• 2nd shift, Rotating month-to-month.
• Candidate must be able to work:
  • Month 1: Thursday 4pm - 12am, Saturday 12pm - 12am
  • Month 2: Sunday 6:45am - 7pm, Friday 4:45pm - 2am .

Qualifications:

• Registered Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Technician
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• You can remain composed during stressful & emotional situations, and enjoy the thrill of not knowing what is going to come next.

VESH is a high volume, progressive 24-hour ER + Specialty Hospital (the only one in a 2-hour radius). We have a BRAND-NEW building, 15,000 square feet, fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of specialty and emergency care with compassionate treatment tailored to the client and their pet.

Much like the care an emergency room provides for humans, Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Wichita offers help when primary veterinarians are not available. We are an extension of the services they provided.

Our team offers emergency and overnight nursing care as well as care on weekends and major holidays. We also provide specialty surgical care, dentistry/oral surgery on weekdays by appointment. CT & Ultrasound services are available if indicated by our patients’ treatment needs.
