Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Associate to support our expansion by driving outbound business development and recruiting top commercial real estate brokers. This role is ideal for someone who is high-energy, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance-based income. You will be responsible for identifying talent, initiating conversations, and helping bring new brokers onto our platform.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with brokers, investors, and clients daily
• Assist in sourcing new business and relationships
• Support recruitment lead flow, outreach, and follow-ups
• Coordinate recruitment marketing, social media, and brand presence
• Work directly with leadership on growth goals

Compensation

• Time: Part Time (25-35 Hours / Week)
• Pay: $25 / hr
• Bonus: $500 - $1,000/hire
