Children's Therapy Services of Colorado (CTSC) is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and fun Pediatric OT or COTA to join our growing Northglenn team!

We're a supportive, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic offering OT, PT, Speech, and ABA services all under one roof. This is a primarily clinic-based position , giving you a consistent home base, access to therapy spaces and equipment, and daily opportunities to collaborate with other pediatric specialists.

Therapists may also have the opportunity to provide Early Intervention services for children birth–3 in their homes and natural environments , allowing you to work closely with families and support skills where they matter most.

What We're Looking For

• Colorado-licensed or license-eligible OT or COTA
• NBCOT certification
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Feeding therapy experience preferred
• Spanish speaking a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification by start date

Location: Northglenn, CO

Setting: Primarily outpatient pediatric clinic with opportunities to provide Early Intervention services for children birth–3 in their homes and natural environments
