The Culinary Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to Kickback Jack’s recipes and quality standards. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, line cooks ensure food is cooked to perfection and plated correctly for a great guest experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service. Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift. Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner. Monitor food quality and freshness; report any inconsistencies. Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader. #J-18808-Ljbffr
