Customer Service Representative
This employee is a highly motivated, self-starter who will provide excellent customer service to our customers. This employee will be working in a call center/office environment, answering phones, responding to emails, sending faxes, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating effective communication skills
- Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
- Educating customers about our products and services
Qualifications:
- Handles a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- At least one year of customer service experience
- High school graduate (diploma) or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
