Job Overview

This role requires open availability from open to close, Sunday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise department team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Identify and resolve problems efficiently to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage scheduling and workflow to meet business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve processes.
