We are looking for an Officer who helps bringing our brand to life across social media, video, events, and internal communications.In this role, you will work closely with the MCBD lead and colleagues across the region to ensure our marketing initiatives are delivered consistently and with outstanding quality.### ### **About the role**As Marketing, Communications & Business Development Officer, you help translate marketing plans into high-quality output. You coordinate content production, manage publishing across platforms, and support initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and internal communication.You will play an important role in supporting campaigns, coordinating video and content production, and ensuring marketing activities run smoothly across our three offices. This role may also include occasional travel within the region.### **Your responsibilities may include*** Managing and maintaining the social media content calendar across offices.* Writing and coordinating content for social media and digital channels.* Supporting video and multimedia production, including coordinating speakers, scripts, and editing.* Publishing and updating content on the firm’s website.* Supporting internal communications, including newsletters and internal updates.* Assisting with event promotion and coordinating marketing materials.* Capturing content during events and firm activities for digital channels.* Collaborating with colleagues across Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and Suriname to ensure consistent brand communication.### **Your profile*** A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.* Experience managing social media platforms in a professional setting.* Experience coordinating content production, events, or marketing initiatives.* Strong writing skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.* Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams.* Willingness to travel occasionally between Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and Suriname.### Behaviors you bring* You are organized and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.* You communicate clearly and collaborate comfortably with colleagues across teams.* You bring creativity, while maintaining a structured and deadline-driven approach.* You take ownership of your work and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.* You embody our CARE values of Collaboration, Agility, Respect, and Excellence.### What we offer* A role where your ideas, creativity, and voice shape how we present our brand.* Opportunities to grow your skills in a professional environment, supported by collaborative colleagues.* Exposure to a variety of projects, giving you a broad view and room to make an impact.* Attractive compensation and benefits, including a generous collective pension plan.If you are ready to help shape and deliver marketing initiatives at Grant Thornton, we would love to hear from you.
