Hours 40.25 hours per week – working on a 2-week rolling rota of 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next Salary £22.97 per hour + competitive benefits We are looking for a compassionate and confident professional with proven experience working within a care home setting. The ideal will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, enabling them to support, guide, and inspire the team. You will be warmly welcomed into our team and empowered to deliver clinical leadership and oversight across the home. In this pivotal role you will coordinate and deliver the clinical aspects of an evidence based, personalised approach to care, whilst maintaining our values driven approach.
