Job Full Description

Express seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a local company. This is a Temporary coverage position.

Pay rate: $18.00/ hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering phones.
• Collecting and sorting mail.
• Greet customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Facilitate meal breaks.
• Assist with scanning.
• Project work as assigned.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED

• Must have customer service experience and phone etiquette.
• Previous reception experience a plus.
• Must be punctual and organized.
• Basic Microsoft Office a plus.
