Senior Manager, Network Engineering - OTIS

Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and maintain scalable network solutions for global HQ and manufacturing sites, ensuring high availability and performance. Drive network security strategy, including firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, and zero‑trust segmentation across all sites. Lead cross‑functional teams in SDN and cloud networking projects, integrating with existing data center and edge environments. Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and operational processes, leveraging automation and scripting to reduce manual effort. Collaborate with security, operations, and application teams to troubleshoot complex network incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis. Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering, with a focus on large‑scale deployments. Deep expertise in routing, switching, SDN, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven track record in network security design, implementation, and incident response. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with network automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
