Coverage Dates:

• November 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.-November 30, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
• December 21, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.-December 28, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
• Ongoing dates into 2027
• Multiple providers may be accepted

Coverage & Setting:

• Reason for Coverage: Scheduling need
• Level II Trauma
• Stroke-certified hospital
• Admissions required
• Assigned and unassigned patients
• Approximately 5-20 patients per shift

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• Bread-and-butter Interventional Radiology procedures
• Biopsies
• Dialysis access
• Drain placement
• Peripheral vascular thrombectomy
• Venous thrombolysis
• Arterial thrombolysis
• Ability to read vascular ultrasound - Highly Preferred

Call Requirements:

• Beeper call
• 20-minute call response time required

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Athena/Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology - Required
• Active Michigan license - Required
• ACLS - Required
• Fellowship - Preferred
