See what makes us different: Great Place to Work Certified Your Opportunity: Community Manager We’re growing fast and have an immediate opening for a dedicated, goal-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential communities. This leadership role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, maximize financial performance, and help create a thriving environment for residents and staff. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the community’s operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance. Build & Lead a Team: Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence. Budgeting & Financial Performance: Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Maximize Occupancy: Set competitive market rent levels, optimize renewal strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention. Asset Management: Collaborate on property performance decisions and capital improvement projects to protect and enhance the asset. Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and local/state/federal laws.
