About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Business Development for Cards and Personal Loans. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the alignment and execution of the business development portfolio, shaping and executing strategic priorities, and ensuring that the organization remains focused on high-impact opportunities. This role involves serving as a strategic advisor, leading business planning, managing operating and governance routines, and driving cross-functional coordination. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for enhancing team effectiveness, owning strategic initiatives, and special projects, and providing structure, visibility, and coordination across a diverse set of initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning. Desired qualifications include experience in credit card strategy, business planning, or business development, as well as a background in supporting senior executives in a Chief of Staff, business management, strategy, consulting, or business development capacity. The role requires a proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience in conducting market, competitive, and business analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
