Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based SLP settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy sessions for students with a range of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide support and consultation to educators and families
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and progress
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
