- Greeting customers
- Taking customer orders, ringing up purchases
- Accepting payment and making change
- Communicating food orders to cook
- Serving a variety of pre-prepared foods
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies
- Complete PA Criminal Background Check
- Outstanding customer service record
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Able to work well independently with little to no supervision or as part of a Cafe management team
- Flexible scheduling availability to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and special events
- Extensive cash register operations experience
- Strong familiarity with basic accounting and office procedures
- Outstanding arithmetic skills
- Good ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Exceptional organizational and public presentation abilities
- Superior food preparation and handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
