• Greeting customers
• Taking customer orders, ringing up purchases
• Accepting payment and making change
• Communicating food orders to cook
• Serving a variety of pre-prepared foods
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies

Position Requirements

• Complete PA Criminal Background Check
• Outstanding customer service record
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Able to work well independently with little to no supervision or as part of a Cafe management team
• Flexible scheduling availability to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and special events
• Extensive cash register operations experience
• Strong familiarity with basic accounting and office procedures
• Outstanding arithmetic skills
• Good ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Exceptional organizational and public presentation abilities
• Superior food preparation and handling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
