Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant processing of materials. This role manages production staff, maintains process flow, implements operational improvements, and ensures adherence to quality and safety standards.Primary Responsibilities:Daily OperationsTeam LeadershipSafety & ComplianceQuality & Continuous ImprovementAdministrative & ReportingRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operations.Strong leadership and team building skills with proven ability to supervise diverse teams.Solid understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and production processes.Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficient in basic computer skills. (Microsoft Office, data entry, email communication).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in mining, minerals processing, recycling, e-waste processing, or universal waste.OSHA 10 or 30-Hour General Industry CertificationMechanical aptitude with understanding of production machinery and troubleshooting.Forklift and material handling equipment certification.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry 50-70 lbs.Stand and walk continuously for 8 to 12 hour shifts on concrete or grated surfaces.Climb stairs and access elevated platforms or mezzanines as required.Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach in and around equipment during setup, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.Willing to transition to a 12 hour shift schedule for 24/7 operation
