Job Description
Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Marion, VA Earn $1,500+ per Week - $3,500 Loyalty Bonus
Pay, Home Time & More:- Earn $1,500+ per week
- Solo miles pay: $0.52 - $0.55 per mile with 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
- Solo stops pay: $19.05 per stop with 3 - 7 stops per week
- Sign on Bonus: Pays you $3000; $1500 at 30 days, $1500 at 90 days.
- Loyalty bonus: pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year
- Safety bonus: pays you $500 every quarter
- Paid weekly
- Paid training
- Schedule: Sunday - Friday
- Start time: AM dispatch
- 3-4 nights out a week
- Delivery Solo To: MI, WI, KS, PA, NJ, NY (No NYC), SC, NC, OH, FL, IN, KY, TN, and GA
- Route: Regional
- Tractor Type: Sleeper
- Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van, Curtain-side, Flatbed
- Freight: Touch – molding and building products
- Load Securement - Strap and bungee down
- Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected
- 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year
- 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure)

- Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance & company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide
- Valid Class A CDL
- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
- Must have 1 year of Flatbed experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
