At Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas , we believe strong Project Managers should be rewarded for more than just keeping a job on schedule.

???? GET REWARDED FOR PERFORMANCE

Our Project Managers earn 3% commission on sold jobs, upsells, and change orders .

That means when you take care of the customer, identify additional opportunities, and help grow the project—you have the opportunity to grow your own income too.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• 3% commission on sold jobs, upsells & change orders and quarterly bonus incentives for hitting key metrics

• Paid holidays

• Company truck

• Company-provided devices and technology

• Support from an established operations and sales team

• A growing company with real opportunities for advancement

• Consistent project volume

• Opportunity to build a long-term career—not just hold another construction job

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We want a Project Manager who can take ownership of a job from start to finish.

Someone who can communicate with homeowners, coordinate subcontractors, solve problems in the field, protect the company's reputation, and recognize opportunities to improve or expand the customer's project.

If you're organized, driven, good with people, understand construction, and have a little bit of a sales mindset , this could be a great opportunity for you.

You manage the project. You take care of the customer. You help grow the job. We reward you for it.
