Job Summary:
The location is in Bakersfield, California. This position is for an Interventional Radiology Technologist or Registered Nurse working in an interventional radiology setting. The role involves supporting a busy imaging department with an emphasis on procedural skills. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, every other week, with first to float
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification, BLS Certification, Fluoroscopy certification, valid license to submit, minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: On-call rotation; unit supports three campuses and handles a variety of patients including dialysis, IVC, TIPPS, and CT biopsies, with no pediatric patients; support includes IR Technologists and IR Nurses; the clinical setting is acute division with assigned scrub color teal; equipment used includes GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet
