Location:United Airlines - AUS - AVNPay Rate:Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.00 USD HourlyWork Shift:Based on facility's needs (United States of America)Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesWage: $22/hourFull-time and part-time positions availableDay/Evening/Night shifts availableBackground check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility requiredWe’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our aircraft cleaning team!Clean aircraft between flights to create a clean and comfortable flying experience for passengers.ResponsibilitiesClean aircraft according to the quality and safety standards of the customer and HHS.Provide direction to cleaning agents on the proper use of equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.Oversee cleaning tasks to ensure an acceptable level of quality is delivered to the customer.Interpret and communicate any items in question in company manuals or policies to cleaning agents.Assist with hands-on training for cleaning agents.Provide feedback to supervisors and managers regarding team member counseling or corrective action.Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for customers, their aircraft, and team members.SkillsStrong communication skills to converse professionally with customers and team members.Strong leadership skills in the workplace.Ability to provide hands-on training.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldAt least a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.Six months of experience in aircraft cleaning is preferred.Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.Must be certified to complete and able to perform Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) duties.Physical RequirementsStanding, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shiftAbility to lift up to 40 poundsPushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shiftMust be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the jobWilling to work outside in all types of weather and in elevated noise levels within the airport environment.BenefitsWe offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.Paid Time OffMedicalDental401KShort Term DisabilityVoluntary LifeSafety Incentive ProgramImportant to KnowApplicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr HHS Aviation, LLC (USA)
