OSHA Associate

Position Summary Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking an attorney to support, collaborate and guide clients on workplace safety and health compliance requirements for OSHA regulations, and manage other labor and employment matters. Salary and Benefits For Denver, expected salary: $165,000 - $195,000, plus annual bonuses. For Seattle, expected salary: $200,000 - $235,000, plus annual bonuses. Responsibilities Support, collaborate and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety and health compliance requirements. Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies and processes. Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and work to influence policy development. Handle all aspects of litigation relating to workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations. Represent clients in negotiations and mediations. Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters. Skills and Educational Requirements J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, with exceptional academic credentials. 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required. Class action or public sector experience a plus. Admitted to practice law in the state where the primary office is located. Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
