Full-Time LMHC Needed Location: Indiana Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients in Indiana. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building steady therapeutic relationships and helping clients feel supported as they work through real-life challenges. As an LMHC, you’ll spend your day providing virtual counseling sessions, completing intakes, updating treatment plans, and documenting client progress. You’ll support clients dealing with emotional stress, mood concerns, family or relationship struggles, trauma, and major life transitions; while helping them build skills they can use outside of session. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients across Indiana Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical history Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals Provide counseling for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns Document progress notes, treatment updates, and care plans Assess risk and follow proper safety protocols when needed Help clients develop coping skills and practical strategies Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Indiana Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing therapy or counseling services Comfortable working with clients through telehealth Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time weekday schedule Additional Information Bring your counseling experience into a remote role that gives you structure, steady hours, and the chance to support clients across Indiana from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gotham Enterprises Ltd
