Retail Sales Associate

Apply prior to: July 20, 2026 What you’ll be doing Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Opportunities to engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Hiring immediately. Base pay $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential annual commissions up to $18,000 and total earnings up to base pay + commissions. What we’re looking for High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts for extra income during peak periods. Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred). Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred). Customer service experience (preferred).
