Our clients include businesses, governmental entities, and individuals. Our litigation and general counsel team is expanding, and we are seeking a versatile and motivated attorney to join us in a multifaceted role spanning litigation, transactional, corporate, probate, and administrative law.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment and handle a varied caseload including complex litigation, negotiating and drafting a range of business and transactional agreements, advising clients on governance and compliance matters, and handling regulatory and administrative proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation

· Represent clients in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation matters in state and federal courts.

· Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Manage discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Transactional & Corporate Law

· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

· Advise on entity formation, governance, and restructuring.

· Ensure compliance with corporate laws and internal policies.

Administrative Law

· Represent clients in administrative hearings and before regulatory agencies.

· Advise on licensing, regulatory compliance, and rulemaking procedures.

· Interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and administrative codes.

Qualifications

· J.D. from an accredited law school.

· Active license and in good standing with the Florida Bar or intent and ability to seek admission to the Florida Bar.

· 2+ years of experience practicing in at least one of the above areas (with exposure to the others).

· Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively.
