Field Installer

Role Description: The Field Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Winchester, VA. This role is responsible for installing foundation repair systems, waterproofing solutions, crawlspace encapsulation materials, and related structural components according to project plans and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading materials, preparing work areas, using hand and power tools, mixing and placing concrete or other materials, and assisting with site cleanup. The Field Installer will collaborate closely with Foremen, team members, and follow detailed instructions. This role may require working in confined spaces, varied weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and operating equipment. Qualifications Interest in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or masonry. Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools and follow job-site safety procedures. Capability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to the Winchester, VA. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior field or construction experience is a plus but not strictly required. Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
