We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. At NovaCare Bowie, you’ll be supported by a large, collaborative team committed to your professional development. Our structured mentorship program helps ensure a smooth and successful transition from clinical training to licensed practice. Once established with a full caseload, our PTAs typically treat 11-12 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures. Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
